Chef Adam B. Schwartz is a native New Yorker with a natural passion for cooking.

He maintains a simple, non-pretentious approach to his craft and believes that fresh ingredients should be the star of each dish. By combining classical European culinary techniques along with new innovative ideas, he is constantly trying to challenge himself to create an unforgettable dining experience.

He has held numerous titles and culinary positions and has worked for the Hilton Corporation on both coasts as well as the prestigious Ticino restaurant group of Greenwich, CT, and ClubCorp specifically Morgan Run Resort & Club in Rancho Sante Fe, CA.
